A homeless kitten fell asleep in the car of the person who rescued her. He felt so bad about disturbing her that he decided not to wake her up.

A young man discovered a small, helpless calico kitten in the middle of a busy street. He picked her up and placed her in his truck. “I found a stray kitten that snores as loud as a train!” he exclaimed. The kitten wasn’t shy at all; she immediately attempted to climb up onto his shoulder.

“She was crawling around in the street, and there were only woods around, so she was probably born there and her mom couldn’t move all the kittens, or someone might have left her there,” Matt explained.

“The next day, I took her to the vet to get rid of all the fleas. As soon as I did, she fell asleep in the truck. When I got home, I didn’t want to wake her up, so I just sat quietly with the radio off for about an hour until she woke up.”
She fell asleep in his truck…

He didn’t want to disturb the tired kitten, so he turned off the radio and waited quietly for an hour until the sleeping kitty woke up by herself. She looked so adorable sleeping that he couldn’t bear to wake her up.

Update: She’s now living happily at a good home
Matt couldn’t keep the kitten with him, but he made sure to find her a good home. “I used to work at a vet’s office, so I checked out a few people who wanted to adopt her. I even paid for her first round of deworming medicine. Then, I gave her to a nice lady who already had another rescued cat,” Matt explained.
