Dean was traveling around the world on his bike when he met a small kitten that kept following him everywhere. He said, “I looked back and saw this little cat chasing after me, meowing loudly.” “She looked a bit messy and skinny, so I gave her some food. At first, I didn’t plan on taking her with me.”
After a while, he changed his mind and decided he couldn’t leave her behind. So, she joined Dean on his journey. He made a cozy spot for her on his bike, but she always wanted to be closer to him.
While they were traveling, the kitten climbed out of her cozy spot and ended up on Dean’s shoulder. He said, “The first night I set up my tent, she just wouldn’t leave my side. Everything I do, I have to do with her.”
This unusual duo spends about 7 hours each day traveling on the road, and they usually sleep in a tent at night. The kitten really enjoys being in the tent; it’s like her own little playground. She especially loves snuggling into Dean’s sleeping bag and falling asleep in the cozy space under his arm.
He called her Nala, and she’s become the perfect companion for his travels. Having a cat with him has made a big difference for Dean. Nala is his top priority now, and he even got her a pet passport so he never has to leave her behind when he travels.
