Despite the criticism, Matt and Brittany are sure of their love for each other. After Matt proposed on January 30, 2022, they quickly started planning their future together.

Matt shared that people on Instagram sometimes comment that he isn’t “big enough” or “man enough” for Brittany, and he notices people staring when they’re out together.
Even though they face criticism, it doesn’t affect their love. Matt’s past relationships with women of “normal” size didn’t work out, but he feels that Brittany is his soulmate. He loves her deeply and works hard to make her happy.
He often expresses his affection for her, recently saying, “You are worthy and deserving of infinite love every single day. The way we feel for each other shows that we are meant to be.”
