We’re all destined to grow old and grey—it’s a fact of life that can’t be changed (at least not yet; who knows what technology and science will bring in the future).
No matter how much money we have, how healthy our diet and exercise routines are, how well we sleep, or what job we do, we all age eventually. While some might age differently, we’re all moving in the same biological direction. It’s a natural process that we can’t control much.
That’s why it’s a bit funny that we can still be surprised when we notice how time changes people. Maybe you haven’t seen someone for years, and you’re shocked by how much they’ve aged when you do? Or you see an old movie star you remember from your childhood, and now their hair is white, and they don’t have the same youthful energy anymore.
It’s interesting how celebrities age. Like everyone else, their appearance changes over time, but their journey to old age is public for everyone to see. From one movie to the next, from red carpet events to red carpet events, their lives are documented for all to follow.
Now, let’s move on to today’s not-so-subtle segue: Remember Meg Foster?
Of course you do! With her captivating, icy blue eyes, intense gaze, and natural beauty, how could you forget? The American actress made her debut alongside Michael Douglas in “Adam at 6am” (1970), and she went on to star in many projects, including “The Six Million Dollar Man,” “Bonanza,” “The Twilight Zone,” and “Murder, She Wrote.”
Once a rising star and highly sought-after actress, Foster’s fame has faded over the past two decades. These days, she looks almost unrecognizable compared to the woman praised by Mademoiselle magazine for her eyes in 1979.
Of course, it’s not surprising considering she’s now 76 years old. But some people on the internet seem unable to grasp just how much she’s changed. Some comments are quite harsh, while others simply point out how different she looks now.
However, we believe her choice to age naturally, without turning to the plastic surgery common in Hollywood, should be admired rather than criticized.

Anyway, Foster still works in film and TV. She’s also known for breeding horses on her own property, where she has a variety of them.
