On Friday afternoon, Nikki took some time for herself, sipping on green health drinks to cool down in the hot California sun, and she wasn’t wearing her wedding ring.
This outing happened shortly after she filed for divorce from Artem Chigvintsev, ending a two-week period of drama that started with Artem’s arrest for felony domestic violence.
As we mentioned before, Artem called paramedics to help someone but then canceled the request a few minutes later. Police still came and arrested him as part of their standard procedure.
Nikki took off her wedding ring right after Artem’s arrest and soon after, we reported that she was looking for divorce lawyers before officially filing for divorce.
In her divorce filing, Nikki asked for both legal and physical custody of their son. However, she also said she’s open to Artem having visitation rights.
