“I don’t date, it’s very unlikely. I can’t recall anyone calling me and saying, ‘This is so-and-so – I’d like to take you out.’ That just doesn’t happen.”

Even though Diane Keaton hasn’t been married, she’s had a couple of public romantic relationships. She had an on-and-off relationship with the famous actor Al Pacino from the late ’70s to the early ’90s. She also had a short relationship with Woody Allen and later with Warren Beatty, which got some attention.

In a special interview with Variety in 2016, Diane Keaton talked about her new movie “Rules Don’t Apply,” where Warren Beatty was her handsome co-star. They asked her what she thinks makes Beatty different from other actors, and she gave an honest answer.

“The first time I saw Warren was in ‘Splendor in the Grass’ – I mean, seriously! He was amazing; like a dream. And in ‘Bonnie and Clyde’? Wow! Not only was he good-looking, charming, and sexy, but he was also mysterious, and a fantastic movie star. Plus, he was an incredible producer and director too.”

In 2003, Diane Keaton and famous actor Keanu Reeves worked together as co-stars in the movie “Something’s Gotta Give.” They played a couple in the film, and their chemistry made fans curious if they ever dated in real life. It’s said that Reeves and Keaton only started dating around two years after the movie came out, in 2005.

It’s said that Keanu Reeves broke up with his girlfriend, Lynn Collins, so he could try to be with Diane Keaton. Keaton and Reeves never officially said they were together, but in a 2006 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Keaton joked about Reeves.

In an exclusive interview with Variety in 2016, Keaton discussed everything related to the release of her then-new movie “Rules Don’t Apply,” with Beatty as her dashing co-star. Keaton was asked about traits that she thinks make Beatty stand out from the rest and she candidly retorted:

“The first time I saw Warren was in ‘Splendor in the Grass’ [and] I mean, come on! He was to die for; a dream. I mean, ‘Bonnie and Clyde’? Come on, and not only was he beautiful, gorgeous, sexy and captivating, and mysterious and a great movie star, but he was also an unbelievable producer and director.”

In 2003, Keaton and iconic actor Keanu Reeves collaborated as co-stars in “Something’s Gotta Give.” The actors played a couple in the movie, and their on-screen chemistry left fans wondering if there was ever an official off-screen romantic exploration between them. Diane Keaton Accepts Herself at 77

Diane Keaton has had quite a journey from where she started to where she is now, at the top of her career and famous worldwide. In a 2014 interview with Dr. Oz, she talked about her struggles with bulimia when she was in her twenties. She said she used to eat a huge amount of food every day, like fries with blue cheese dip and ketchup, a whole bucket of fried chicken, multiple TV dinners, lots of soda, cake, loads of candy, and even three banana cream pies in one sitting.

Keaton may be used to a life of glitz, glam, and lavish events, but her down-to-earth farmhouse-style mansion reflects her true affinity for a life rooted in nature…

Even though Diane Keaton always looked slim and small, which everyone knew her for, she felt like she was really overweight. She talked about how she felt during that time when she was dealing with her diagnosis.

“It was awful and the worst time in my life. I felt like a fat person, like I was really overweight. Somehow, I fooled myself and kept it hidden. I’m in recovery from addiction, and I’ll always struggle with it because I have an addictive personality.”

Even though Diane Keaton has beaten her eating disorder, she says she’s replaced that struggle with a new one. Now, she’s really focused on her work and taking care of her children, even though they’re in their twenties.
