Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are doing a great job co-parenting! They got together on Tuesday for their son Charlie. He got a state championship golf ring because his team at The Benjamin School won the Class 1A golf title in November 2023.
Elin Nordegren reunited with Tiger Woods for their son Charlie’s sake.
The 15-year-old and his team received state golf championship rings on Tuesday.
Woods was all smiles at the ceremony.
Woods, who is 48 years old, and Nordegren, who is 44, both went to the ceremony to cheer on Charlie. They took pictures separately. The golfer looked happy in a pink hoodie and black shorts, while his ex wore a white top and black pants.
They were married from 2004 to 2010 and had two children together, Charlie and Sam, who is now 16. Their relationship ended because of Woods’ cheating scandal.
The exes are also the parents of daughter Sam.
The 16-year-old has not followed in her dad’s golfing footsteps like Charlie.
After they separated, Nordegren had more children. She had a son with NFL player Jordan Cameron in October 2019. They changed the baby’s name from Filip to Arthur two months later. Their toddler was also there at the celebration on Tuesday.
Woods and Nordegren were married from 2004 to 2010.
They have put on a united co-parenting front since his cheating scandal.
In December 2022, it’s said that Charlie and his dad mentioned Nordegren’s new baby during the PNC Championship, as reported by Golf Monthly. However, Nordegren hasn’t confirmed this yet.
Nordegren and Woods have shown they’re good at co-parenting. In a 2015 interview with Time, the author of “How I Play Golf” said Nordegren is one of his “best friends.” He said they talk on the phone a lot and know that their kids are the most important part of their lives.
In fact, Woods called the model one of his “best friends” in 2016.
Nordegren has welcomed more children since they called it quits.
